Safer Sex 101

Its better to be safe than sorry.. make sure that you dont get any sexually transmitted infections. Here's why its important to practice safer sex.

Being emotionally and physically ready for sex entails a huge responsibility. The consequesnces of sex can last a lifetime: think pregnancy, childbirth, and the responsibilities of motherhood and family. And in today's world, sex can have serious impact in your life: risks of sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and even HIV/AIDS, are always present. This is why safer sex is mroe than just a theorty-it has become a new reality.

Practicing safer sex is convenient and easy for the modern woman. Condoms can provide hours of fantastic lovemaking and thrills, and the assurance of taking care of yourself and your partner. How? Read on.

Condoms prevent STIs and cervical cancer. Since the onset of HIV and AIDS, individuals have been urged to practice safer sex. Other common STIs include gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, herpes, and human papillomavirus (HPV). Gonorrhea and chlamydia can lead to pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) in women, a disease that can cause infertility. Syphilis can be fatal, or may lead to dementia and paralysis. Other STIs such HPV, the virus that causes veneral warts (or warts in the genital area), can lead to cancer of the cervix or penis.

Condoms provide protection against sexually transmitted infections if used correctly and consistently. Using a condom provides 10,000 times the protection against STIs than those not using one. (use frenzy LOL)....
